I spent a long time completing the various elements of the storyboard and sticking them all together.
Thoughts
Although there are a variety of issues with the silhouettes, I am still extremely pleased with the final result of the storyboard. If I had more time I would redo parts of it so that the silhouettes were more realistic and accurate. Despite this, the final outcome for the storyboard is still a clear plan of exactly what this animation will be. I feel that the watercolours are so successful and relatively simple that it would be interesting to use them for the final animation as well. This would nicely combine Flash animation (a media in which I am relatively confident) with watercolour (a media in which I have little experience and not much confidence). Branching out into areas where I am not comfortable is essential to develop myself as an artist as well as making the project more interesting for others to see.
Future Plans
Now that the storyboard is complete I need to film people for the rotoskoping and start animation the final piece.
